GET INVOLVED IN OUR PCDA PROJECTS

PCDA advocates for active community participation in co-creating practical solutions that help improve the Career Development practice and eventually, benefit the wider society. We encourage formation of project groups with diversity - professionals from different fields, companies, to come together to create solutions to common problems or do research into common questions.

Evidence-based Research

Project teams investigate research topics pertaining to career development.

Completed projects will be shared at conferences, published in journals to promote sharing within the wider Career Development community.

Action-based Resources

Project teams develop practical ways to improve the career development practice to address needs of different people groups or individuals.

Completed projects will be made into resource kits, shared at conferences to promote adoption within the wider Career Development community.
